Welcome to my tribute to Sam Melville the late, great actor best known for his role as 'Officer Mike Danko' on the 1970's Spelling/Goldberg hit television cop show 'The Rookies'.  Sadly, Sam died in 1989 of heart failure but his memory lives on....
